Return Policy

Returns on Regular 3‑Ply Collars

We accept returns on standard‑size 3‑ply collars & 5-ply seatbelt collars. To qualify, the collar must be unused, in new condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom, Padded & Made‑to‑Order Collars (Non‑Returnable)

All other collars are made specifically per order and are not eligible for returns exchanges or refunds. Items are handcrafted to your specifications and cannot be resold. This includes:

*  Padded collars

*  Oversized collars

*  3-ply collars with the color strip

*  Treadmill collars

*  Any specialty or personalized collar

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including:

*  The cost to ship the collar back to us

*  The original outbound shipping cost (non‑refundable)

Workmanship Issues

If you receive an item with a workmanship defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair or replace the item as needed.
