📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time is typically 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipping label has been created, you will receive a tracking number via email.

🚚 Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including any fees associated with incorrect addresses, refused packages, or returned shipments due to non‑delivery.

📬 Delivery & Carrier Responsibility

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package, its delivery timeline, or its condition upon arrival.
This includes:

• Lost packages
• Delayed deliveries
• Stolen packages
• Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received
• Damaged packages


For any delivery issues, customers must contact the carrier directly using their tracking number.
Carriers can provide the most accurate and up‑to‑date information regarding your shipment.

If you experience a delivery issue, please reach out to the carrier directly:

They can open investigations, locate packages, and provide delivery details that we do not have access to.

📦 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout.
If the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying a new shipping fee to have it resent.

🔁 Returned or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to refusal, non‑delivery, or an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for:

• The cost of reshipping
• Any return‑to‑sender fees charged by the carrier


No refunds will be issued for shipping costs.

📦 Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
This applies to product damage only — not shipping damage caused by the carrier.

📮 Once We Ship Your Order

After we process and ship your order:

• We cannot change the address
• We cannot reroute the package
• We cannot contact the carrier on your behalf
• We cannot issue refunds for lost, delayed, or stolen packages


Ownership of the package transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts it.
